How much will I pay in BRL?
The starting amount is 100 USDT, converted using the quote presented at purchase, plus the itemized initial issuance, conversion, network and payment-processing costs. Review and confirm the total in BRL before paying with Pix. These costs do not reduce the promised net card credit.
Do I need experience with crypto?
Essencial is designed for learning in practice. The guide and course explain the steps and the checks you need to make. You remain responsible for reviewing your operations and protecting your keys.
Why do I move from the website to Telegram?
You confirm access to your account on the website. The temporary link then identifies your purchase in the official bot, where the conversation and purchase instructions continue. Never send your email code, password or keys to the bot.
Why is CPF requested?
CPF is requested to process Pix and may be sent to the provider responsible for the payment. Review the purpose and data treatment before submitting it. It does not grant access to your wallet.

Are wallet balance and card balance the same?
No. Your wallet balance and the amount available on your card are separate. Sending funds to the wallet does not by itself top up the card. Card top-ups follow the operation shown in the app, with their own costs and confirmation.
Will DeGoat ask for my keys or passwords?
Never share passwords, private keys, recovery phrases or access codes with the bot or support. Authentication and transaction confirmations happen in the official website or app. Nobody at DeGoat will ask for your recovery phrase. Not even us.
Are future transactions and personal calls included?
Future top-ups, transfers, conversions and card use follow the costs and limits shown for each operation. Personal guidance is an additional service, with scope, quote and scheduling agreed separately before purchase.
Which conditions should I confirm before paying?
